Refund of money can be provided after the proposed deposit has been made on the website https://superomatic.io.
The refund may be requested in the following cases:
- it has not been longer than 24 hours since the proposed transaction has been done;
- during 30 days in case of detected unauthorized access to the users’ account.
Administration of the website reserves the right to refrain from any amount of refund until the identity of a user who made a deposit is revealed.
You agree to provide all notarized documents for identification in case we request them and according to jurisdiction of your country. If the requested notarized documents are not provided to us during 5 days since our first request, we reserve the right to refuse to refund the requested amount of funds to a user’s account as well as to block such account. Such decision shall remain final, binding and unappealable.
